General information

Guangzhou (also known as Canton) is the largest and most flourishing industrial and foreign trade center in south China. A variety of delicious Chinese food can be found here. It is also conveniently located only 2 hours by train from Guangzhou to Hong Kong. Guangzhou is home to Cathay's main training center.

How to get there

Generally, there are two convenient ways to reach Cathayschool in Guangzhou from all over the world:

1. Choose a direct flight to Guangzhou Airport (CAN)Students can find a direct flight to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN). Let us know your flight detail before flying out and our school staff will meet you at the A1 EXIT. Company car will then transfer you to the hotel.

2. Fly to Hong Kong and then transfer to GuangzhouStudents can fly to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) and then transfer to Guangzhou by the following two paths:

A. Take a bus from the airport to Guangzhou down town (preferred Jinan University). Notify us about your arrival time after get on the bus and our school staff will meet you at the bus stop. Company car will then transfer you to the hotel. Bus service and schedule 

B. Take Airport Express to Kowloon and then get a taxi to the Hung Hom Station. Get on a train to Guangzhou East Station. Notify us about your arrival time after get on the train and our school staff will meet you at Guangzhou East Station. Company car will then transfer you to the hotel. Train service and schedule
